The role of a Computer Driving™ Instructor
Our Instructors are known as Computer Driving™ Instructors. They structure their instruction around the needs and skills of the user and encourage hands-on learning from day one.
Computer Driving™ Instructors are at the heart of the Computer Sharing Centre's unique approach to computer tuition.
We believe one-to-one tuition with an experienced, patient instructor by your side is much easier and more effective than attending an external training course with an unfamiliar trainer. This is one of the reasons why the tuition offered at our Computer Sharing Centres is so popular.
All of our Instructors are formally trained to ensure learners use the keyboard right from the start of their first lesson. This approach is essential to ensuring learners ‘do the tasks’ themselves – practising and repeating these at their own pace until they become confident users. Our Instructors keep the lessons simple, give practical advice in jargon-free language and above all make learning fun.
